Bill Vaughn Scam Review
Accurate Review of the Bill Vaughn Course
Bill Vaughn began investing in 1969, before most other "gurus" were out of school, and before some were even born. He learned from his father, who had been investing in real estate since 1917. There's a long history of investing there. In the 1970's Bill perfected most modern methods of "flipping", and created new ways to profit from the "simultaneous close" (double escrow). And in 1985 he originated the first "reverse mortgage" which was adopted by HUD a couple years later.
Bill authored "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" in 1989 and developed an entire course around it. It is the only real estate investing course that includes free coaching by professional investors (most other gurus use scripted phone operators). It was important to Bill that his course be made affordable to all, so he started his own publishing company, IntelliBiz, to offer the course on a non-profit basis. And he convinced the investors in his investing club to volunteer as coaches, so the coaching could be free.
Since then, Bill Vaughn & associates have served and coached over 320,000 people in 21 countries around the globe. And through it all - for over two decades - has maintained an A+ Rating at the Better Business Bureau
Bill's "Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" covers, in detail, all 24 different methods of investing decribed here. It also includes software that creates all the agreements and contracts necessary, and makes the creation of perfect agreements a breeze. In short, the course provides everything a person needs in order to succeed in real estate investing. Everything, that is, except for the effort the student must put into it. Real estate investing is not for the couch potato!
Bill Vaughn's course is not perfect, but it comes close. There will always be a few dissatisfied customers, people you could never please no matter how hard you might try. And that is why it only gets 4.5 stars. But "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" has the highest student success rate of all the courses. And isn't that what it's all about?
Investors who want to profit in any economic situation and any type market can learn all 22 methods of real estate investing taught by "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate which also provides free, unlimited mentoring by actual investors with a minimum of 20 years field experience in real estate investing. Save a ton of money and at least check out the course that beats them all, combined. With an "A" rating at the Better Business Bureau, and offered by a non-profit to keep it affordable, "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" is the most comprehensive and effective of all the courses available today. It doesn't cost anything to look...
