Accurate Review of Trump Entrepreneur Institute,
formerly Trump University

Trump Entrepreneur Institute, formerly known as Trump University has its problems. New York attorney general Schneiderman is suing Donald Trump and Trump University for $40 million, alleging they have been engaging in persistent fraud, illegal and deceptive conduct and violating federal consumer protection law. "The Donald" had already been forced to change the name to Trump Entrepreneur Institute, whereas his institution is not licensed to use the word "university".

NOTE: While we have issues with the training provided by Trump Entrepreneur Institute, we do not support the New York AG in his suit. Frankly, it appears to be political in nature. When a court decision is made, we will post it. Until then, we believe Trump may be a victim of politics.

As to the worth of training received from Trump University, it is not surprising that the state of New York is coming down on them. While we like The Donald, personally, we simply do not find much value in his books, seminars, or media training aids. If you have ever read Donald Trump's first book, "Art of the Deal", you might notice that it is all fluff and puff about Donald and his ego, and does not offer anything substantive about the "art of the deal". You simply do not get anything out of it. Well, unfortunately that lack of substance appears to follow through to his Trump University training. One thing is for certain - everything The Donald does is for the purpose of creating wealth - for himself.

Not surprisingly, the Better Business Bureau rates the Trump University|Trump Entrepreneur Institute as "Unsatisfactory". For someone of Donald's stature and fame, that is disappointing.

One point that is important to note - much of the materials produced by Trump Entrepreneur Institute are not even produced by Donald Trump, it seems. In most instances it appears to be created by others, with Donald getting his cut as the money man behind it all. That is not a problem, but it should be pointed out up front in their promo materials.
